On an early August morning, I was up on Chinook Pass for surise. This is another view of Mount Rainer. This time, Tipsoo Lake and the surrounding Silhouetted trees are in the foreground with the warm light from the sunrise hitting the east side of the mountain.
My photography focus is primarily nature and wildlife. I have a strong passion for the outdoors, capturing images that help preserve the numerous public lands and all that they offer. My travels take me all over the western united states to the common and not so common places. Many of my photos concentrate on the National Parks of Glacier, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, and Arches National Parks. Other areas of my travels include Moab Utah, Central Oregon, the Oregon coast and many areas around my home State of Washington. Take your time and enjoy my images.
