This is a digital Painting of Point Wilson Lighthouse in Washington State. The lighthouse is located near Port Townsend Washington in Fort Warden. The orginal photo was taken shortly before sunset in heavy fog. This style of digital painting is inspired by Joaquin Sorolla.
My photography focus is primarily nature and wildlife. I have a strong passion for the outdoors, capturing images that help preserve the numerous public lands and all that they offer. My travels take me all over the western united states to the common and not so common places. Many of my photos concentrate on the National Parks of Glacier, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, and Arches National Parks. Other areas of my travels include Moab Utah, Central Oregon, the Oregon coast and many areas around my home State of Washington. Take your time and enjoy my images.
