Mesa Arch, one of the more iconic landmarks of southern utah. While many people might not be able to name the National Park or district it is located in but the will recognize the Arch. Mesa Arch is located in the Islands of the Sky district of Canyonlands National Park. The most popular and definitly the easiest to access of the 3 districts. It is just a short hike from the road. If you plan to visit this arch you need to see it at sunrise. Only at this time does the underneath of the arch glow like it is on fire. If you do go, get there early because it will be sholder to sholder.

I offer a variety of landscape, nature and wildlife images and fine art digital paintings. I also have many agricultural, farming and countryside images as well. My photography focus is primarily nature and wildlife. I have a strong passion for the outdoors, capturing images that help preserve the numerous public lands and all that they offer. My travels take me all over the western united states to the common and not so common places. Many of my photos concentrate on the National Parks of Glacier, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, and Arches National Parks.
