Artist's Description

Originally built in 1922 as a memorial to the conspiracy over the Teapot Dome oil fields in Wyoming and Elk Hills California. For more just google to find a very interesting historical story. The station was built on highway 410 between Zillah and Grange in Washington State. In 1978 the construction of I82 forced the Teapot station to be moved a couple of times. Since it was a big icon for the area, Zillah decided to move it into town where it is used as a visitor center. NOTE: I did remove all the electrical/telephone lines that were distracting in the background. I do have a version with the power lines in it if that is what you prefer.
